5MileWIFI Warranty and Return Policy
All 5MileWiFi products, excluding the antenna and antenna cables have a 1 year limited warranty. 5MileWiFi warranties all products to be free of material or workmanship defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover any damage incurred from misuse, and/or while shipping. During this 1 year period, 5MileWiFi will repair and/or replace, at our option, any defective product.
5MileWIFI complete kits also come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with the kit in the first 30 days, return it for a full refund, less shipping.
All returns will require an RMA number. Please contact our support department for an RMA number by opening a support ticket. Return packages must be sent pre-paid shipping, COD packages will not be accepted. Shipping costs are excluded from any refund of purchase. No custom cables or special order products are returnable for refund.
