Trouble Ticket
If you're experiencing trouble installing, configuring or using 5MileWIFI, please start a trouble ticket from the My Account page. Generally, one of our support technicians will respond to the ticket within the same business day.
Please include the following information with your initial ticket submission so we can trouble shoot most effectively:
- Version of operating system on your computer, i.e. XP Professional
- How is your 5MileWIFI connected, for example:
- 2 USB ports on the computer
- 1 USB port to computer and 1 to a hub or a power adapter

Problems With The Site
