SSL Issues With IE7 On Windows Vista

Microsoft released certain versions of Internet Explorer with a setting disabled that should have been enabled. If you are experiencing problems accessing certain portions of our site, more than likely you need to enable the setting "Use SSL 2.0." This setting should be enabled if you want to be able to access secure (encrypted) pages. To enable this setting, in IE go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced and check the checkbox labeled "Use SSL 2.0." See the image below:
